history…
Gwynneth Green lyricist/poet as described by a few:
- “This is a beautiful book, expressing and evoking a full range of emotions.”
- “Integrates imagination and intellect with a deep insight into the understanding of romantic emotion. Truly she makes the case that everything is of the nature of impermanence. Gwynneth Green’s words are sensitive and evocative and a must read for anyone in love or planning to be.”
- “Passionate, beautiful, thought-provoking, free flowing lyrical lingering about love and life. Ms. Green is totally in touch with the human spirit, connecting us with ourselves, inspiring reflection. Universal and poignant — lines of verse and wordplay to be treasured and savored.”
- “Ms Green’s poetry is uniquely original in style. she goes small, capturing those tiny moments in time/life, where feelings, dreams and emotions are distilled into pure essence. they refract and reflect like perfect little crystals. they are to be enjoyed and savored in quiet, slow motion–in all their sensuous beauty.”

Though Gwynneth is known for her poetry her lyrical background is a gift from her grandfather, Bud Green. She recently has finished several songs working in collaboration with musicians from Canada, Florida as well as her home state of New Jersey.
She wrote and produced the song “Make a Wish” with Fred Van Keuren and the Blue Stragglers for the New Jersey Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

a few words from gwynneth…

I have been asked at various times about my writing, my inspiration and the publishing aspects. I run journaling seminars to help others learn to touch and express their inner side. Yet as far as my personal ability for expression, it is a gift that I have been blessed with. I’m certain my lineage has much to do with my ease of writing. It took some time for me to recognize & understand and then to respect it. Most of my work has nothing to do with me. I have the ability to tap into others feelings & emotions and express them in a manner that connects and relates to masses.
This is my gift.
The publishing aspect came after my self-realization, “I am a poet/lyricist!”
Before entering into publishing the purpose for doing so must be defined. The 1st rule learning to never take offense, some won’t care for my work. No one likes all art, whether paintings, music or books. Of course I believe that negative comments needn’t be shared.
My original book, unsung songs were a gathering of pieces I put together as a gift to me, and for my birthday gift to my closest friends. There was only 1 person who knew I was putting a book together, my cover designer. From there the book developed a life of it’s own. People from all walks of life sent me words of acknowledgment and praise. There is a purpose for all my work, even when just a line from a piece hits someone’s heart and/or soul then it’s goal has been met.
