FYI – Though it is important to get your 64 ounces of fluid in, in a day, it doesn’t necessarily have to be water. There are many other drinks that are made up mostly of water. So, those of you who find it hard to drink a 1/2 gallon of water a day the great news is you can choose from some of the alternatives:
coffee
teas
fruit juices
broths
vegetable juices
sports drinks
low fat milk
But I find if I infuse my water with lemon – it makes it refreshing and helps with weight loss
